Rule 6.6.8842 - RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTRACTED SERVICES(1) A health carrier offering a managed care plan that uses a contractual arrangement to provide services to covered persons remains responsible for meeting the requirements of this chapter, including documentation requirements.
