Rule 44.3.1711 - BENCHMARK PERFORMANCE STANDARD FOR VOTING SYSTEMS PRIOR TO CERTIFICATION(1) The benchmark performance standard for voting systems approved under 13-17-101, MCA, is based on commonly accepted industry standards for readily available technologies.
