Rule 4.5.314 - CONTRACTS(1) The department may enter into contracts with organizations to conduct specific forage certification activities. These contracts may identify issues, such as time of collection of fees and deposition of fees, that are unique to that organization. The standard fees for inspections are set forth in ARM 4.5.315.
