Rule 37.5.101 - APPLICABLE HEARING PROCEDURES

(1) This chapter specifies the fair hearing procedures applicable to department actions in the various programs administered by the department. This chapter does not grant any right to a hearing, but specifies the hearing rules that apply where a right to hearing is otherwise granted by law or rule.
