Rule 37.106.1918 - MENTAL HEALTH CENTER: PERSONNEL RECORDS(1) For each employee or contracted individual, the mental health center shall maintain the following information on file: (a) a current job description;(b) if a licensed mental health professional, documentation of current licensure and certification; and(c) dated documentation of the individual's involvement in orientation, training, and continuing education activities.Mont.
