Rule 36.15.703 - PROHIBITED USESThe following artificial obstructions and nonconforming uses are prohibited within the flood fringe:
(1) solid and hazardous waste disposal; and(2) storage of toxic, flammable, hazardous, or explosive materials. Storage of petroleum products may be allowed by permit if stored on compacted fill at least 2 feet above the elevation of the base flood and anchored to a permanent foundation that is properly anchored to the ground.Mont.
