Rule 24.40.833 - REDETERMINATION(1) An interested party may request a redetermination by submitting a request to the department, by the online portal or mail, together with any additional information the party wishes the department to consider within ten days of the service of the determination. (2) The department shall provide any additional relevant information to all interested parties and allow the interested parties to review, respond, and submit rebuttal evidence, if any, within eight days of the department's request for rebuttal.(3) The department shall provide notice of the redetermination to all interested parties.Mont.
