Rule 24.26.240 - INTERVENTION
(1) Any state employee, group of state employees, employee exclusive representative, labor organization, or public employer may be permitted to intervene in any grievance, appeal, petition, or complaint before the board by serving a motion to intervene on the parties and the board. The motion shall be accompanied by affidavit(s) establishing a basis for intervention. The board agent shall determine the validity of the basis for intervention.
