Rule 24.25.104 - AMENDING PETITIONS(1) Any petition may be amended, in whole or in part, by the petitioner or the board or withdrawn by the petitioner at any time prior to the casting of the first ballot in an election, or prior to the closing of a case, upon such conditions as the board considers proper and just.
