Rule 23.12.304 - DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE CENTRAL CRIMINAL INTELLIGENCE FILE(1) Information contained in a criminal intelligence file designated as confidential shall not be disseminated without the express, written authorization of the person originally submitting the information.(2) Information contained in a criminal intelligence file designated as restricted shall not be disseminated unless the person or agency requesting the information has demonstrated to the criminal intelligence information section: (3) Information contained in a criminal intelligence file designated as unclassified may be disseminated without restriction to the person or agency requesting such information.Mont.
