Rule 17.30.1302 - CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; SEVERABILITY(1) The provisions of the MPDES rules are to be construed as being compatible with and complementary to each other. In the event that any of these rules are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contradictory, the more stringent provisions shall apply.(2) In the event that any provision of these rules is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining MPDES rules shall not be affected or diminished thereby.Mont.
