Section 7 CSR 10-24.310 - ClarificationsPURPOSE: This rule describes the "clarification" type of information exchange.
(1) The commission may clarify any aspect of proposals that would enhance the commission's understanding of a proposer's proposal. Clarification exchanges are discretionary. They do not have to be held with any specific number of proposers and do not have to address specific issues.(2) Clarification may include information such as a proposer's past performance to which the proposer has not previously had an opportunity to respond.(3) The commission may clarify and revise the Request for Proposal (RFP) document through an addenda process in response to questions from potential proposers.
