Section 5 CSR 20-100.140 - General Provisions

Governing the Consolidated Grants for the Federal and State Discretionary Programs

PURPOSE: The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has the responsibility to disburse funds under a variety of discretional programs. Funds support a variety of purposes including local reform, homeless children and youth, family literacy, language assistance, and immigrant children.
