PURPOSE: This amendment increases the fee for a Resident Falconry Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.
To take, possess alive, care for, and train birds of prey (raptors) and to use birds of prey to take other wildlife in accordance with 3 CSR 10-9.442 and federal falconry regulations. Fee: one hundred and eight dollars ($108). This permit shall remain valid for three (3) years.
