Section 3 CSR 10-5.465 - Three-Day Licensed Hunting Preserve Hunting PermitPURPOSE: This amendment increases the fee for a Three-Day Licensed Hunting Preserve Hunting Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.
To pursue, take, possess, and transport only legally obtained and captive-reared: pheasants, exotic partridges, quail, mallard ducks, and ungulates (hoofed animals) from a licensed hunting preserve. Fee: five dollars and fifty cents ($5.50) for three (3) consecutive days.
