Section 3 CSR 10-5.310 - Resident Lifetime Conservation Partner PermitPURPOSE: This amendment increases the fee for a Resident Life-time Conservation Partner Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.
(1) To chase, pursue, take, possess, and transport fish (including trout), frogs, mussels, clams, turtles, crayfish, live bait, birds (blue, snow, and Ross's geese during the Conservation Order and migratory birds; except turkeys), and mammals (except black bears, deer, and elk), and to sell furbearers taken by hunting. Fee- (A) For persons age fifteen (15) and under: five hundred ninety-one dollars ($591);(B) For persons age sixteen (16) through twenty-nine (29): eight hundred fifty-nine dollars ($859);(C) For persons age thirty (30) through thirty-nine (39): seven hundred fifty-two dollars ($752);(D) For persons age forty (40) through fifty-nine (59): six hundred forty-four dollars ($644); and(E) For persons age sixty (60) and older: seventy-five dollars ($75).(2) Lifetime hunting permits may be issued to residents under eleven (11) years of age, but holders of such permits may hunt only as provided in 3 CSR 10-5.205 until s/he completes a hunter education course.
