Section 20 CSR 4240-120.100 - CodePURPOSE: This rule establishes the code for new manufactured homes which entered the first stage of production after November 22, 1976 and are rented, leased, sold or offered for rent, lease, or sale in this state.

(1) The federal standards as incorporated by reference in 24 CFR sections 3280, 3282, 3285, and 3286 constitute the code to be applied to new manufactured homes which entered the first stage of production after November 22, 1976 which are rented, leased, or sold or offered for rent, lease, or sale in this state.(2) All new manufactured homes shall be set up or installed according to the manufacturer's installation manual.AUTHORITY: section 700.040, RSMo 2016.* This rule originally filed as 4 CSR 240-120.100.
