Section 20 CSR 2205-1.050 - Fees

PURPOSE: The Board of Occupational Therapy is statutorily obligated to enforce and administer the provisions of sections 324.050 to 324.089, RSMo. Pursuant to sections 324.065 and 324.074, RSMo, the board shall, by rule and regulation, set the amount of fees authorized by sections 324.050 to 324.089, RSMo, so that the revenue produced is sufficient, but not excessive, to cover the cost and expense to the committee for administering the provisions. Therefore, the committee is proposing a reduction of application fees, a reduction of biennial occupational therapist renewal fees, and a one- (1-) time reduction of the biennial renewal fees.

(1) The Division of Professional Registration establishes the following fees which are nonrefundable:

(A)	Application for Licensure as an Occupational Therapist Fee	$30.00
(B)	Application for Licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant Fee	$10.00
(D)	Biennial Occupational Therapist License Renewal Fee	$30.00

(2) To ensure compliance with section 324.074, RSMo, the following renewal fees shall be effective from March 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017:

(A)	Biennial Occupational Therapist Renewal Fee	$5.00
(B)	Biennial Occupational Therapy Assistant Renewal Fee	$5.00
(C)	Biennial Inactive Occupational Therapist License Renewal Fee	$5.00
(D)	Biennial Inactive Occupational Therapy Assistant License Renewal Fee	$5.00
