Section 12 CSR 40-40.230 - Licensees Required to Read Rules

PURPOSE: This rule requires licensees and their employees to read the commission's rules concerning retail licenses and certify that they have read the rules and agree not to violate the rules.

Each licensee and any employee of the licensee who will be involved in the sale, bookkeeping or any other aspect of the state lottery shall read the rules of the commission concerning retail licenses and be familiar with the rules.
