Rule 6-401-3.1 - GENERAL RESERVATION INFORMATION(a) All reservations must be made by persons of at least 21 years of age, must have a valid driver's license and must be present during occupation.(b) Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.(c) A reservation requires a non-refundable deposit. The deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. If deposit is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.(d) The amount of the Reservation Deposit is the same as the daily rate.Miss. Code Ann. § 51-11-19.
