Rule 6-3-5.24 - Response Date

In order to be considered for initial review and approval, applications must arrive on the time specified in RFQ upon release. After the deadline time and date for this initial solicitation, applications from additional ESPs will be considered for qualification under this RFQ and if approved, will be considered only for the remaining duration of the Qualification Period.
