Rule 6-3-5.13 - Selection for Projects

A public entity that engages in the MEESP will use a secondary selection process to select an ESP to implement an ESC, GESPC or SSC in the public entity's facilities, pursuant to MS Code 31-7-14. This pre-qualification process does not serve as an endorsement of any energy service provider that meets the criteria as set forth in the RFQ to be on the pre-qualification list.

A. This list only provides a listing of eligible companies that can engage in a secondary selection RFP OR PRQ process as outlined in Miss. Code Ann. § 31-7-14 initiated by a public entity.

Firms that are not found on the pre-qualification list of eligible energy service providers are ineligible to participate in the program.
