Rule 5-4-3.3 - Subjects which may be addressed

The DBCF will issue declaratory opinions regarding the application of specified facts to:

(1) a statute administered or enforceable by the DBCF,

(2) a rule promulgated by the DBCF, or

(3) an order issued by the DBCF.
