"Total Value of Distributed Generation" means the total amount - expressed in cents per kilowatt hour - that shall be credited to EU customers as a result of excess energy exported by a DGF to the EU, which shall include the Avoided Cost of Wholesale Power plus the Distributed Generation Value plus, if applicable, the Low-to-Moderate Income Benefits Adder, as further outlined in this rule.
