An EU shall designate a contact person and contact information on its website and for the Commission's website for submission of all Interconnection Requests and from whom information on the Interconnection Request process and the EU's EDS can be obtained regarding a proposed DGF. The information shall include studies and other materials useful to an understanding of the feasibility of interconnecting a DGF at a particular point on the EU's EDS, except to the extent that providing the materials would violate security requirements or confidentiality agreements, or otherwise would be contrary to Mississippi or federal law and regulations. In appropriate circumstances, the EU may require execution of a confidentiality agreement prior to release of information about the EU's EDS.
