100. PRIORITY OF SERVICE APPLICATIONS Applications for service shall be completed in accordance with the chronological order of their receipt, insofar as practicable, and in accordance with economical administration, except in the following cases in which deviation may be made in the following order in accordance with the facilities available:
1. Application for service in case of real emergency shall be given priority over all other applications included in Paragraphs (2) and (3) below.2. Applications of a party who has been a subscriber of the company within a one month period immediately prior to the date of the application and at a different address, shall be given priority over other applications referred to under Paragraph (3) below.3. Application for business service shall as far as practical be given priority over applications for resident service which has been held for a period of less than two months.
