In cases in which a citation or show cause letter is issued to a Respondent, the Respondent may:
(1) Pay the civil penalty and/or perform the ordered training and applicable costs within thirty (30) days of the citation or show cause letter issuance date, and upon payment of the penalty and performance of the ordered training, the matter shall be closed. (2) Contest the citation or show cause letter in writing within thirty (30) days of its issuance date, in which case, the Executive Committee shall set a date to conduct a hearing of the matter, and notify the Respondent and Complainant accordingly. 39 Miss.
