If members of the general public require special provisions accommodating a qualifying temporary or permanent disability in order to attend a Board meeting, a written request identifying the disability and the accommodations needed must be submitted to the Secretary prior to the meeting. If said request is not submitted in advance and in a timely manner, the availability of on-site accommodations is not guaranteed.
