It is the policy of the Board to encourage and promote public participation in Board affairs and, toward that end, the Board its desire and intent to promptly honor all requests for access to or copies of all documents in the possession of the Board. Informal requests for information or documents may be made orally or in writing to the Executive Secretary of the Board and all reasonable efforts will be made to comply promptly with such requests.
Informal request shall not be considered as requests made under the provisions of the "Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983"
