Section 39-1-9-102 - Designation

The utility shall designate on the face of the Notice of Intent whether the filing constitutes one of the following types of filings:

1. Routine Filing

2. Standard Filing

3. Major Change Under $15 Million Filing

4. Major Change of $15 Million or More Filing

5. Initial Rate Filing

6. Temporary Rate Filing

7. Miscellaneous Filing
