Section 37-1-7501-09002-801Signs at or beyond 660 feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way of state controlled routes outside of urban areas that are visible from the main-traveled way of such state controlled routes are authorized as follows:
1. Specially Authorized signs and notices as set out in Section 1700.2. Signs advertising the sale or lease of property upon which they are located.3. Signs advertising the principal activities conducted on the property upon which they are located.4.
