Section 35-6-02-06-503.02 - Counties will be deemed to have failed the county personal property audit and/or the update if:1. Failure to provide the 25 percent (25%) list by the first Monday in July or as required by the roll extension due date.2. Failure to physically review and value at least 80 percent (80%) of the total true value of the personal property belonging to the businesses on the random sample;3.
