Credit against total license fee due shall be allowed for any credit instrument which was, at a later date, settled for a lesser amount or determined to be uncollectible. This credit shall be taken on the next monthly license fee return following final determination of the credit instrument. Supporting documentation shall be maintained by the licensee for a period of three years.
