Miss. Code Ann. Section 67-1-41(10) allows retail permittees to pick up native wines and spirits sold by the Department, so that those alcoholic beverages may be delivered to the retail permittee at the native winery or native distillery instead of via shipment from the Department's warehouse. All orders for such products must be placed through the LDC Warehouse utilizing TAP.
