The production company may receive an additional 5% of the wages payroll and fringes paid for an employee who is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces upon which Mississippi income tax is due and has been withheld. A copy of Federal Form DD 214 Proof of Military Service is required to qualify for the additional 5%.
