Rule 33-501-5.2 - Issuance of a Declaratory Opinion

The District will issue declaratory opinions regarding the applicability to specified facts of:

(a) a statute administered or enforceable by the District,

(b) a rule promulgated by the District, or

(c) an order issued by the District.
