Rule 28-301-11.2 - DefinitionsFor purposes of this Chapter, the following definitions apply:
A.Meeting. "Meeting" shall have the same meaning as that term is defined in Mississippi Code Annotated § 25-41-3, as the same may be amended.B.Executive Session. "Executive Session" shall be limited to those matters allowed to be exempted from the open meetings requirement under Mississippi Code Annotated § 24-41-7(4), as the same may be amended from time to time.C.Port. "Port" shall mean the Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport.D.Board. "Board" shall mean the Board of Commissioners of the Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport. 28 Miss. Code.
