To the extent a Participant otherwise meets the State and School Employees' Life and Health Insurance Plan's eligibility requirements to participate in such plan as a retiree of a Mississippi retirement plan, retirees of the Plan are eligible to continue participation in the State and School Employees' Life and Health Insurance Plan under the same terms and conditions as retirees of the Public Employees' Retirement System of Mississippi.
