Rule 25-201-3.2 - Scope of Declaratory Opinions

The Veterans' Home Purchase Board will issue declaratory opinions regarding the applicability to specified facts of:

A. a statute administered or enforceable by the Veterans' Home Purchase Board,

B. a rule promulgated by the Veterans' Home Purchase Board, or

C. an order issued by the Veterans' Home Purchase Board.
