Rule 23-222-2.4 - Freedom of ChoiceA. Medicaid beneficiaries have the right to freedom of choice of providers for Medicaid covered services. Refer to Part 200, Chapter 3, Rule 3.6.B. Perinatal High-Risk Management/Infant Services System (PHRM/ISS) Targeted Case Management (TCM) services will not restrict an individual's free choice of providers. An eligible beneficiary may choose to receive extended or enhanced services through any PHRM/ISS provider.23 Miss. Code. R. 222-2.4
