Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services (MDRS) case managers are required to provide each individual with written information regarding their rights as a waiver person at the initial assessment. B. Case managers must provide the person's information at the initial assessment regarding the Mississippi Vulnerable Person's Act and phone numbers of when and who to call if abuse, neglect or exploitation is alleged. 23 Miss.
