Rule 23-200-6.6 - Cost-SharingA. An American Indian/Alaska Native who is eligible to receive or has received an item or service by an Indian health care provider or through referral under contract health services is exempt from Medicaid premiums.B. American Indians/Alaska Natives who are currently receiving or have ever received an item or service furnished by an Indian health care provider or through referral under contract health services are exempt from all Medicaid cost-sharing.23 Miss.
