Rule 23-102-3.16 - Status Adjustments to LPRA. When the time-limited aliens status adjusts to LPR during the seven (7) year period, the alien can continue to be eligible for the remainder of his seven (7) year period.B. However, to continue to be eligible beyond the seven (7) year period, the alien must be credited with forty (40) QQs or meet an exemption.
