The Division of Medicaid offers the opportunity to register to vote or update voter registration to applicants, recipients and adults applying for children at the time of application, at the time of review or whenever an address change is reported.B. Voter registration forms are available at regional offices and out-stationed sites for those applying in person, offered to those applying by phone and available on-line for those applying or submitting applications on-line.C.
