Sanitary facilities and controls must be such that:
A. Plumbing is of adequate size and design, installed and maintained to carry sufficient quantities of water to required locations, able to properly convey sewage and other liquid disposable wastes from the plant, and able to avoid constituting a source of contamination to food, water supplies, equipment, or utensils. (S O/K)B. Adequate floor drainage is provided in all areas where floors are subject to flood-type cleaning or where normal operations release or discharge water or other liquid waste on the floor. (O)C. Refuse receptacles are constructed and maintained to protect food against contamination. (O) D. Garbage and offal are conveyed, stored, and disposed of to minimize potential for pest harborage or breeding, and protect against contamination of food, food contact surfaces, and water supply.
