In a case where any saltwater crab products involved create a health hazard or whenever adulterated or misbranded products are found, or in any case of willful refusal to certify an inspection, the MDMR has the authority to issue a cease and desist order effective immediately to suspend all related processing activities. This order shall be in effect until proper corrective actions have been taken and the order is lifted as provided in writing.
