Rule 21-201-6.5 - Pre-Hearing Conference/Scheduling

The hearing officer may enter a scheduling order that sets deadlines, conferences or hearings, deemed necessary or appropriate. The hearing officer may rule on any motion without consulting the parties and without granting oral argument.
