Rule 21-201-5.4 - Mediation of Public Records Disputes

In keeping with Section 25-61-13(1)(b)(ii), Miss. Code of 1972, the executive director or his designee are hereby authorized to mediate any dispute arising under the Mississippi Public Records Act.
