As set forth in Section 25-61-13, Miss. Code of 1972, any person denied the right to inspect or copy public records may request an opinion of the Ethics Commission as to whether the public body is obligated to produce the records requested. The person shall attach to the request for opinion a copy of his or her written records request and the written denial of his or her records request, if any.
