Rule 21-201-4.8 - Recommendation of the Hearing Officer and Decision of the Commission

All findings of fact made by the hearing officer or the Commission shall be based upon the preponderance of the evidence. The hearing officer shall reduce all recommendations to writing and submit those recommendations to the Commission as described herein.
